Demonstration Kitchen
Leys Square will be the focal point of the Festival if you would like to see some of your favourite local chefs demonstrating their skills and signature dishes. Throughout the two days there will be a full programme of demonstrations and discussions relating to preparing locally sourced food from the County of Hertfordshire.
A marquee will be erected in the square to protect the audience in the case of bad weather. With a full sound and lighting system, as well as an overhead mirror and rain covers, the show will continue whatever the weather.
