Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation, an Industrial and Provident Society with charitable status, owns and manages the 5,500-acre Garden City Estate comprising offices, shops, factories, houses, farms, community amenities and land.

The Foundation's mission is to create, maintain and promote a vibrant, quality 'environment' in the Garden City for all those who live in, work in and visit the world's first Garden City.

Letchworth Garden City Town Centre Partnership works to ensure that Letchworth Garden City fulfils shopping, services and leisure provision to meet the needs of its customers.  Letchworth Garden City will be a town centre where visitors feel safe and at ease, and where businesses prosper in an attractive, well-maintained environment.  We will respect the town’s heritage and seek to reflect its values in the way that we approach the issues that we face today and tomorrow.
